24,000sf Church Saves Big on Utilities

Last year I talked with Second Baptist Church of Huntsville about the nearly 12,000 sq. foot addition they were doing that would house their day care. This building had 16’ high walls, which makes it basically 24,000 sq. feet heated. We discussed spray foam insulation and dropping the tonnage. We went from 44 tons of air down to 30 tons. A major savings which helped with the upgrade to foam! Results,… a year later, the highest bill $500.00 and that was in August. Contact me, Greg Pruitt, I have been doing this longer than anyone in this region, and am the “go to” person when it comes to insulation and air conditioning. There is no better system on the market! Foam insulation works and it is usually not that expensive. Please call us preferably in the design process so that we can get you started right and get those construction savings in the project which helps offset the cost of the bet insulation.

Efficiency & Advancement

Foam insulation seals the building envelope against airborne pollutants like; dust, allergens, odors and other pollutants. Foam insulation allows air management to be designed so that the indoor air quality is actually healthier than outside air.

Comfort & Savings

With foam insulation, we can reduce the heating/cooling needs by about 70 percent on a new home, and approximately 30 percent or more on an existing home. Foam, when applied, seals off every nook and cranny while fiberglass cannot.

Environmentally Friendly

Foam insulation is environmentally friendly. It contains no ozone-destroying chemicals and its high efficiency enables buildings to be heated or cooled with the least possible consumption of the natural resources required to produce energy.
